Within 15 minutes of submitting my application, I was interviewed online by a doctor. Four hours after that, I received my doctors certification. AND THEY CHARGE LESS THAN HALF OF THEIR COMPETITORS. Their return correspondence is practically instant. Five star efficiency.

I paid for a 3 year membership withREMOVED. I was approved simple enough but when my employer required me to have a letter from the issuing doctor. Basically stating an opinion that I shouldn't use whileREMOVEDiving and should wait at least 4-6 hours beforeREMOVEDiving after use. The doctor refused to fill out the letter. Wasn't able to get any support from nuggmd. Couldn't even get to talk to the doctor about this. No follow up appointment. No help from chat support. Tried emailing theREMOVEDdirectly. No response. They basically took my money, recommended me for use of marijuana and wiped there hands of me. So basically though I'm in need of medical relief for my pain I can't take advantage of it because theREMOVEDdidn't care enough to even speak to me after taking my money. My employer would have made accommodations for me had theREMOVEDbeen willing to fill out the letter of recommendation.

I've been aREMOVED/cup client inREMOVEDfor several years now, I've used other companies previously to finding nuggmd. They were the cheapest by far inREMOVEDfor a full year's license. The process was simple & straight forward. I even got emailed confirmation with myREMOVEDdetails included! Something no other company has given me before!

Signed up on the site to get my medical card, and it said that they had "Same day physician access", and that "Our medical cannabis doctors are available online from 8:00am-10:00pm (PST & EST) 7 days a week!".After signing up I try to do the consultation numerous times and it just told me, "Your doctor is currently offline. Please try again later". So I contacted support and it took them about an hour to get back to me when their support says 3 minutes. I was told that the New Mexico doctor is out on an emergency and to try back tomorrow. So I try back the next day and get the same doctor offline. I try to reach out to support yet again and get told their doctor isn't available on these days and to try back Monday. I talked to support again and get told that only a few states have same day access with only a few doctors available 7 days a week.

Horrible service and inaccurate, infective treatment. My mother had an appointment and was approved for treatment for herREMOVED. The doctor told her she would get THC at a low percentage, he described gummies. He said we could go pick it up immediately when she was approved. Apparently none of this was true. According to the dispensary, you have to wait a period of time to have your information register at the dispensary, and you have to place an order in advance. Then, the next day once we call the dispensary to check on our status, they informed us that the prescription was for CBD only and they could not fill it. Upon contacting nugg MD, they claimed that there was a discussion about CBD only and that THC could cause paranoia and other disturbances. Absolutely none of that was discussed, and all of their information so far has been completely incorrect. Their handling of this issue has also been in very poor taste, lacking tact and just general empathy and care. No one needs a pres

Just bought my Rec @7:49 am and the doctor had it approved my 8:00 am. They are really fast and offer 1,2, or 3 years worth of a Valid Rec Card. I live inREMOVEDso the difference could vary on state but overall its quick, fast, and easy definitely recommend if your trying to go the legal route and plus you dont have to worry about people ripping you off anymore!

Im very happy with the service. If I have a complaint, it was about the subscription service they offered. I used it for 3 months and then it was abruptly cancelled. Other than that, Im very pleased.

Paid my fee, and never heard back. When I saw the charge on my card I contacted their customer "service". Their "service" is short, rude, and accusatory. Blame ME for not asking about he charge - that's why I did just that. I was told I was "rejected".REMOVED??? Never heard from anyone, no doctor, no messages, no calls,REMOVEDI'm dealing with a fraudulent charge to my card, to find out they charged me THREE times.
