They did just as they portray themselves. I was put into contact with a physician who asked about my medical and personal background, any prior cannabis use, and the symptoms that I would be trying to alleviate. She was able to determine that cannabis did match my medical needs. Not once did it feel like she went through the motions or that it was a cookie cutter process. One star deducted because I had to have the physical letter sent a second time, as the first attempt never arrived.

When I started the process it seemed simple. Got approved within maybe 30 minutes. I was registered with the state and awaited my certification. I was told I would receive this within 24 hours. On day 6 I asked for a refund to go somewhere else. I was in contact with support everyday to see what the hold up was. Was told doctor was messaged. Then doctor was out of the office. They had no problem charging my card for services not rendered. I would not recommend this place at all.

Great service, was on the phone with a doctor 30 mins after I paid the fees, easy to use also.

Very quick and easy. I had my medical records on my pc already when I applied so I was able to upload them well ahead of the actual interview and I had applied with my state well before also. Funny enough, when I went over my state application beforehand, there was a list of approved Drs in my area and I had looked them over and decided on who I would go to. She ended up being the Doctor they connected me with! It was like fate lol.Afterwards, by the time I logged back into the state website, my new card numbers were there for me to see. Next morning my approval letter was viewable at Nuggs. This was just yesterday and I'm very, very satisfied so far. :))

NuggMD had a special where they will process the application free for veterans on Veterans Day. I decided to try it out. They had to manually bypass the payment page for me and then they put me in the online "waiting room." After waiting for over an hour I reached back out to the online chat, only to be told the doctor wasn't in but would be back in the office on Monday and would process my application. Fast forward a little over a week and checking in three more times, I was informed by email that they were rejecting the application because NuggMD or their doctor said it was going to be too far for me to drive for the in person visit! I regularly drive over an hour to go to the VA hospital so seeing their provider would have been no problem. Very upset that they offer a service to veterans and then don't deliver.
