Typically a smooth easy process. Certification uploaded to State minutes within approval. This time around my certification has not been sent to the state, my approval was Thursday - no email responses yet and chat said I needed to wait 48 hours for my certification to be uploaded “every doctor is different” which the 48 hour mark is quickly approaching. Will update review if anything changes.

Uploaded my VA documents and was approved within 30min and recived a call promptly from the Doctor Marc Kesselhaut. I ordered the medical I.D for an additional 20 dollars but have proof of medical coverage same day through my account showing my patient state I.D. Know my review has nothing to do with the Doctor I had my Video Call with and he was very good and understanding. My reason for a One (1) Star Review is, when I first picked NuggMD with the List from Original Marijuana provided that the cost was supposed to be $49 and a pop up window supposedly was to give another $15 discount, which never happened. When I got to the NuggMD website the price radically changed to Best Pick for $118 for 1 year. So what happened to to the $49 price on Original Marijuana that led me to NuggMD and the supposed extra $15 discount??? Once I got approved the email then stated, "Keep in mind, you required to complete a follow up appointment in 3 months, with a price of $50 for the follow up." This seems to be a scam since the $118 was supposed to be for 1 year and there was no mention of any required follow up for $50 every 3 months thereafter. I will never use them again, this is a Total Rip Off!!!!!

After filling out the forms the whole process only took like 30 minutes. I got my card less than a day later. The process was easy and straight forward. They even give detailed instructions for filling out the form with the state. I would definitely recommend them.
