Using NuggMD was a great decision. I had been putting off getting my med card since moving toREMOVEDbecause I'm very rural and there are few Doctors providing the service, none of them near me. NuggMD made the process incredibly easy. I clicked on the link expecting to make an appointment for another day (this was a Sunday afternoon) but within a few minutes I was meeting with an MD over a telehealth consultation. After the consultation the doc filled out my paperwork, explained what I needed to do on my end, and boom! Quick, friendly, painless; what more could you want. If anyone else is considering using NuggMD, I would tell them to go for it. I'm a happy customer and will use them again when it's time to renew.

Not only is it easy to in put all your records for the doctor to go over but there is also representatives to tex and help you with any questions you may have before and after while waiting for a doctor. I've been going to this site for 4 years now I had a different doctor this time but he was as helpful easy to talk to understanding gave great advise as well to try to help with my medical issues. I know alot of people are skeptical but I trust nuggmd and there doctors . the doctor did a brief interview and Nuggmd charged my card for a 3 renewal. But they sent the paperwork to theREMOVED. I live inREMOVED!They have been of no help and invasive to date. They have no phone number to call, only online help and they choose when to have it active

This is absolutely the worst company Ive ever worked with. I paid for a 3 year medical review and after talking with someone on the phone I was assured my medical records had been updated; however when I went to the dispensary my records were not updated and my card was expired. My bank account clearly shows they took my money. When I attempted to reach them I was informed that the entire company was on a holiday! Meanwhile I cannot get my medical Rx. Disgraceful!!!!

I would highly recommend using this service. It was fast and even though I was having trouble connecting through my phone they helped me with it. Doctor could have been friendlier. But overall very good experience.

Renewing my card.Using NuggMD was the easy part. Did not take very much time and all the needed information was completed and the final copy return to me very quickly. The state portion was a hard bit. Their website is not user-friendly and definitely does not like me. Dealing with state staff in person was quick, helpful, congenial and successful. I will use NuggMD again in the future, when necessary. And I have no reservations about recommending their service to others.

its a little confusing at first but if you actually read everything through (its a lot) and do every step right it should work, im still waiting on an email back to get my temporary card so i can actually use it but so far the process is super simple.

The process for NuggMD was pretty simple for getting approval for my chronic migraines. I chose 4 stars instead of 5 because after approval the doctor needs to do a simple process which I was told directly from NuggMD triggers the automatic email from the state. I have seen online through other companies that the doctors did this immediately and they got their card the same day. Other companies have a similar process for approval but it seems many have doctors who are more efficient at uploading to the state allowing patients suffering ailments to receive what they need the same day. Other than that, I would recommend NuggMD.
